Size Exchange Policy

• Exchange will be only provided on different size of the same product within standard sizes.
• We do not provide refund for any goods sold.
• Exchange requests need to be within 4 days of the delivery of the product. You may exchange the piece for a different size.
• All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
• Items without tags will not be accepted.
• The reverse shipping cost in case of an exchange is to be borne by the customer, while the forward shipping cost of the exchanged product will be covered by us.
• Please note that we only allow exchanges once and request you to be sincere while selecting the right size.

Damage & Issues Policy

• In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
• Under such circumstance images  & package opening video must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue.
• Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed with your request and we ensure quality packaging  but under rare circumstances, incase of transit damage we ensure to replace it with the new one .

• Our team will reach out to you on the status of the return request in  24-48 hours . 
• The products should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Please make sure that the items for exchange are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
